New Compostable Cups at the Hilliard DORA

Have you heard? Hilliard’s Celebration at the Station DORA cups are eco-friendly and compostable! The clear, disposable cups are made of “green” and environmentally friendly biopolymer, a PLA resin derived entirely from plants! The petroleum-free material can be commercially composted, so the cups don’t take up landfill space after they have served their use! Make sure you toss your compostable DORA cup in one of the lime green GoZERO bins on Thursday nights. Additionally, please note there are blue recycle bins around the Station for aluminum cans, sport drink and water bottles. Please do not throw the compostable cubs in this bin.
